






This site has been set up to record the food and cookery activities of a chef and foodie who cooks regularly at home as well as at work.
Friends and family always seem fascinated by the process I take in the production of meals and have often said that I should write these down for others to read. This is that place.
I hope you enjoy reading these accounts as many will be humorous due to my work as a chef/lecturer teaching students and apprentices.

Navigation around this site has been kept simple. No fly outs will appear from anywhere. Each page will have its own navigation area for the sub pages that belong to it. This should be less confusing than some sites you visit.
